Lumiray is a circadian wellness application powered by Circadiax. We help you align your daily habits with your body's natural rhythm using real solar data and circadian science. Lumiray is based in Maryland, United States.
Lumiray is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The recommendations we provide (including phase timing, habit suggestions, light exposure guidance, and sleep tips) are based on general circadian research and are for informational and wellness purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your sleep, diet, exercise, or health routines. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumiray. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms.
You may use Lumiray without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to use Lumiray only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner. You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape data, or use it to transmit harmful content.
Lumiray offers free and paid plans. Paid features are clearly described in the app.
Founding Member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription.
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first purchase. After that, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
All content, design, and technology in Lumiray (including the phase system and Circadiax engine) are owned by Lumiray and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
Any content you create (journal entries, notes, etc.) remains yours. By using the service, you give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service.
Lumiray is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate solar calculations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiray and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify Lumiray from claims arising from your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
